@ChaosMarioBros1 Um, whenever you want lol. I guess you can do it with your first or new run or do it after you've completed the game like I did, either way you can get them whenever, lulz.

there are 2 ways to get out of game over room kill yourselve or go to the right side of the screen

You can get out of the Game Over Room. Just walk all the way to the right. Also the Metroid item is easier to reach if you make the 2nd skree go while the first is still coming down. This makes it move AWAY from the kid instead of towards him, meaning you can freeze it CLOSER to the item.
