is there a way to save my playlists and transfer it over to the new computer. i have about 44000 songs and don't want to rebuild my playlist over again.
why buy discs or an external hard drive to do this? why dont you already use the equipment you have? your ipod! have a look at my channel how to do it
I have a PC, not a Mac. I've copied to ex. hd dr. I can locate the itunes file on my ex. hard drive. I went to add to library. Don't have the choose option. Are you working with a mac? is that why I can't seem to do this???
if i have a new laptop and im transfering songs from my old computer, which has a virus so i cant turn it on, how do i do it? if i plug my ipod which has over $80 worth of songs and it syncrinizes to my blank itunes libraty, will it wipe my ipod, or will it fill my library with the songs on my ipod? please help me.
I just got quick time 7 pro and I've been going crazy trying to transpose audio using logic 8 . If you are familiar with what Im talking about PLEASE a little help here. Ive been at it for a week now and my hair is turning grey. All I want to do is transpose some kareoke tracks to my vocal range. Thanks.
@PoundHard123 Yeah, you take your current itunes folder and transfer it to the external drive. Then, on the new PC you replace that iTunes folder with the one from your external drive and you're done! All play lists and track info remains the same. Any further questions, inbox me.
Thanks for the assistance! I have another issue though. I had all my music at an external HD. Now I transferred it to my computer, but, after importing the playlists, it doesn't find the files because it is still looking for the old location.
Is there anyway you can show me how to do this? Starting fresh with all the playlists would really be a huge bummer.
this video helped because my ipod is broken thanks!
but is there a way to transfer apps?

Yeah but once you unplug the hard drive it won't find any of the songs. It'll ask for it's original location.

@NYCRyderman Thats happened to me before. Do you know how to do it right? Where it doesnt ask for the "original location"?? Please reply back
