Upgrade your heavy armour, you dont rush in this game, that just gets you killed.

A movement penalty is better than dying and restarting the mission (as i found out when i used light armour)

Biotics aren't robots!! Think of Kaiden & Liara as force sensitive individuals. They can "force push" people or levitate enemies out from behind cover for you to shoot. They are EXTREMELY useful.
