  • this video pulled at my heart strings, especially being a parent of 2 doxies (1 mini and one standard). it reminds me of what my in-laws did for their longhair after he was paralyzed by a coyote attack. they build him numerous carts till they finally hit one that worked well. using skate board trucks, they made a cart that Sterling could keep up with himself in! warms my heart to see someone take the time and love to do this! you guys are awesome!

  • video made me cry, I'm a sucker for dachshunds...especially mini's.....I want to meet this little puppy!!! :-)

  • OMG, I fucking love dogs. they are the best in the world ... what a strenght

  • Inspirational! You go Tink! Hugs from a dachshund lover and amputee :)

  • OMGosh!! I cried. What a beautiful video. A beautiful little baby! What a great family to put forth a wonderful effort to make this pets life great. And she truly looks happy. Bless the family and their special babies... :) An inspiration to all!!!

  • To see so many smiling, happy people working so hard to enrich this little girl's life...it really warms my heart. I don't know what else to say. I am just amazed at how much love these people feel for this dog.

  • coco from ottawa canada gives a great big hug to Tink. great video, thanks for sharing!

  • You go, Tink!!! What a sweet little doxie and such a great inspiration for others who have disabled animals! God Bless!!! Woohoo!!!! :-)

  • seriously, who is the idiot who disliked this video???

  • @uhmcliterissa probably a cat.

  • @craigkorb LOLZ

  • I hope this discourages anyone from even considering putting down a pet that is missing limbs! This video is so heartwarming..I found especially cute the curved plastic strap-on which allows him to hop front to back - which is the way doxies run & scamper around anyway! Perfect for playing with his buddy! Great music. An inspiration to disabled people everywhere. Thankyou!

  • That video is amazing! As I cried thru it, I just love that family who helped this lil girl out and gave her a chance at an amazing life, even tho disabled!! What a beautiful lil puppy!! Bless all of those who helped!!

  • amazing how a dog can adapt! i love it ;)

  • that is amazing that Tink can do stuff like normal dogs just in a different way

  • Meravigliosa!!!!

  • God bless Tink!

  • What a beautiful doxie and a beautiful video. Your love for this special needs girl is obvious. Depite her disability, she is obviously one of the luckiest dogs around!

  • She's such a happy little girl! Thank you for this beautiful and heartwarming video!

  • Is Tink a Mini Miniature Dachshund? We have a male B&T Mini Miniature dachund named Lucky, He's smaller than a mini. Does she still walk on her hind legs more than her wheels?

  • This is a wonderful video. Tink is a love<3

  • LOL @ 2:25. So cute the lil doxy takes her stick, tink just turns her head thinking. He just took my stck. She is just precious and adoreable.

  • She was born deformed, the product of inbreeding from a bad breeder. She has a sibling born from another litter with three legs.

  • Aww..she is precious. <3 She looks genuinely happy too. If I may ask, how did the leg thing happen?

  • @luff4ncis She was born deformed, the product of inbreeding from a bad breeder. She has a sibling born from another litter with three legs.

  • what a precious angel! i favorited this video..sooo sweet and i like the song too! thank you for being little tink's rock!! :0)

  • Great vid glad she can get around!!!! and its cute where she is hoping around

  • What a sweet heart! Tink is so cute!

  • This is so wonderful! What a doll! Tink has great people too!

  • nice, but it would have been better if the pix were in chronological order so we could have seen how the dog progressed. also, why only a few SECONDS of video at about 2:30? would have liked to have seen more video of how the dog functions with the wheels, slider.

  • I'm really sorry, but I find the site of Tink with wheels quite hilarious. This is from a purely "Dog with wheels equals funny" standpoint. I'm glad to see the dog can actually get around better now.

  • Don't be sorry, Tink on wheels is often quite hilarious.

  • What an inspiration Tink is for all of us that care for animals, and for dachshund lovers, especially. Doxies are a special bunch; smart, expressive, close-bonding dogs that have incredible resilence in the face of adversity. Tink proves this in spades. I would love to know more about her...what a great story!

  • An amazing story of how a community came together to help a handicapped dachshund! It brought tears to my eyes, and warmed my heart. Love conquers all! What a beautiful loving story! Thank you for posting it on YouTube. I hope all can see this story of the story of determination and caring!

  • i cried w JOY ...we all need our communities to come together in this difficult time for our lovely animals. they give us joy and peace in a big daunting world....HOORAY for TINK

  • What a wonderful video.

  • Way to go TINK! You show 'em a tiny girl won't be stopped by silly little details!

She reminds me of our Tabby, who also has a video here -- Adventures of Tabby. Such a joyful spirit!

People can be so quick to give up on an injured or disabled animal. TINK shows 'em how it's done!

  • Amazing animal and the amazing owners who love her! As a Dachshund rescue volunteer this is a story that warms my heart. I often get discouraged by the human race and this video is one I will watch over and over when I am down about how humans treat animals. You all are angels!
