That was just plain stupid. The P in P.I.T stands for precision, something he needs to learn. Ramming like this works if you have the speed/weight advantage but pushing into the back quarter panel works a lot better without the damage to your own car. If he'd used precision he could've taken out both the sedan and SUV with relatively minor damage and if things had gone wrong he'd still have control..
