NO WAY the these versions of Adagio ( Tiesto and Ferry ) can be compared.

Tiesto version is more a organical version ( more natural sounds - the orchestra)

Ferry version is more "sintetic", more eletronic elements.

They CANNOT BE COMPARED.

And we are lucky to have both of these Djs playing nowadays.

They not compete with each other...this is not a competition, i Just Enjoy them BOTH.

This is not "heavy metal vs punk" Or "Nightwish vs evanescence".

This is not a remix or even a mix you Twats! This is a Carefully thought out and engineered piece of music that took months to record in a studio and also involved studio musicians actually playing some synth bits! and programming the rest to run on a Roland! No wonder Tiesto is not quite up to this! Tiesto, can and does create Mixes "Live!" I would challenge anyone to prove me wrong that Corsten could not do this "Live!"

In musical terms: "Adagio, a tempo marking indicating that the music is to be played slowly".

It was a piece by American, Samuel Barber "Adagio for Strings" composed in the 30s. The trance version is that of a William Orbit remake album, "Pieces in a Modern Style"

Kisendi, the original was a classical piece by Samuel Barber. If by original you mean the William Orbit version, William Orbit adapted the classical version for use in the film Platoon. Ferry Corsten then adapted that version for the trance genre. This is his own work.
