  • What eyepiece did you use?

  • is the 130EQ better than this one?

  • suks, all u see its a light ball o.o

  • @classick12

All i see is a fool posting. What did you expect, Jupiter flashing her tits?

  • @ColaCocaAlways lol ,check other videos, alot of better telescopes, that suks!!!

  • @classick12 Why dont you post a video showing the equipment you have. Astronomy is something i am new at. I have a beginner scope with alot of bells and whistles. I didnt get the advanced mounts and arrogant electronic lenses and such to photograph planets on the pc. I enjoy it at my level...If you are levels above me and feel you need to insult it, Suck a nutsack!

  • thats what jupiter looks like in my telescop when i use the 10mm lense on my Orion space probe 3" you can easily see the colors and the moons on mine.

  • i want to start out with some binoculars as i'm a newcomer (rather than spend lots on a telescope). the celestron skymaster 15x70 are supposed to be good. will i see the planets ok? thanks

  • @cruiser277777 you will be able to see jupiter and its four moons although it will be quite tiny. Venus will look like a blurry ball..and mars will be a tiny yellow dot. Binoculars are an excellent way for you to become familiar with the sky...but you wont see the things a telescope will see. This video is truly a horrible representation of the great views i capture when i look through the eye piece. I have seen jupiter through an 8mm eye piece. This shows the brown band well.

  • @4theloveofdill how would you view planets with binoculars? wouldnt it be way too shakey?

  • @cruiser277777 Deep sky viewing like Messier objects are great to view with 15X70 binoculars. For planets I would recommend starting with a 6 Inch reflector telescope. Short focal length (F6 or less) for deep sky and longer focal length (F8+) for planets.

  • Yeahhh, i got this telescope model is awesome!!! but i must buy new eyepieces. ohhh yeahhh!!!!

  • which telescope is better?

  • Do u think u would be able to see galaxies with this or should i just get an Orion XT 4.5 for that

  • @daj19972 Hey there. I have an Orion 120ST, I am able to see Jupiter, Andromeda Galaxy, Orion's Nebula, Pleiades's, GREAT views of the moon, and so much more! The 120ST has a 4.7 inch aperture and a 600 focal ratio. In other words- YES a XT 4.5 will give you great views! (I suggest getting a X2 Barlow, and if your feeling ambitious I'd look at the x3 Barlow)

  • how you film this?

  • Comment removed

  • but how can i get a clear image? or can't i?

  • got the same telescope

  • I'm sorry that is an Airy Disc. Those specs are spacecraft around it. You didn't do it on purpose. Good video!

  • Ihr braucht mehr Brennweite:

    für 114 mm OK

    v.g.

    Achim

  • @MattCostello12 Nope. Thats Jupiter and 4 of its moons.

  • @4theloveofdill Hey man, I was just Wondering If its actually That Bright or is it just What you were Recording with. Because im hoping to see jupiters belts.

  • @MattCostello12 Since when did the moon have moons?

  • @MattCostello12 Nope, definitely Jupiter

  • Comment removed

  • @MattCostello12 oh right since when does the moon have 4 other moons orbiting it???

  • @MattCostello12 LMAO

  • Is there anyway to see the details of jupiter? It seems very bright. Can't see any of the details.

  • @MrBoBoTom You see the bands. The camera cannot absorb the light properly and therefore flares up. Filters help to destroy the glare, but it is quite beautiful to view.

  • @4theloveofdill I have this same telescope and I was wondering if you used a program to record this? Also, I haven't purchased a motor drive yet, do you think it's worth the $40?

  • It depends on what your talking about. In my 8inch scope I can clearly see 2 major bands and a couple slimmer bands on jupiter with all the moons! When looking at videos online its alot harder to get a clear steady image. Looking through a Telescope is way better, unless you got a good setup. You have to be constantly moving the scope to make it appear in the center, unless you got a "Tracker Scope"

  • @Martinbc3 I'm glad you said the part about keeping it in the center. I know the planets are moving pretty quick, but I didn't realize they were moving that fast. I was watching Jupiter the other night and I thought my telescope was slipping or something. It's funny that these guys are saying that it's not Jupiter because this is almost exactly the way it looked the night before last. I just wasn't as bright as it was back in August or October so there seemed to be a bit more definition.

  • Hi. i have the same telescope, but i can capture video or images like you.. could you show me how you made an adapter for your web cam? , maybe the model of your webcam or an image of your telescope with the webcam mounted.

    Thanks in advance..

    please show me!!!

  • I saw Jupiter with this telescope. I checked it out at about 6 a.m. eastern time. It was so bright with the sun almost at the horizon. I could see 3 or Jupiter's many moons as well. They were stacked over the top, bright and yellow balls. Pretty awesome.

  • I'm kind of amazed that we can see jupiter and satern.

I just ordered it and was only really expecting the moon and some stars.

  • @MrBoBoTom You can see Uranus and Neptune with this scope, in a darker location. You can also see the Seven Sisters and Orion Nebula, even in the city, in a lit parking lot, with this scope.

  • I cant wait to get the same telescope you have.... You can see Mars and stuff all clear as well?

  • @MovieKills Everything you want to see..This Telescope can see it.

Celestron is the Best Telescope around. Grade A+

  • is the jupiter moving and you are moving with him?

  • @eliflein96 I do not have a motor and therefore at these magnifications I have to continuously adjust my mounts with Jupiters movements. It is much bigger than it looks on this video and alot better than just a ball of light. I can actually see the bands and such and through certain filters, i get amazing things. BTW, i dont really use the Barlow lense due to the fact that it fogs everything up. Jupiter is easy to find, go outside and take a look!

  • Great Video!

  • Nice!
