With that said it would still be interesting to see such a fighter come in the ring with that claim.
Silva, is a master, I love when I catch a glimps of, The way of the intercepting fist, or foot, Jeet Kune Do, when he fights. It's one of the most effective things to master. One is so quick, so intune, instinct of all sneses, Your opponent makes the strike for you first, but you are so quick and good you can still beat him and intercept. Flowing with rhythm and broken rhythm mixed is key.
The front kick what Silva did was the only good thing that happened in the whole event.jones performence was pretty itty.

I can't really see GSP beating Silva. Even if GSP were to put on 30lbs of muscle and diet down to 185lbs, I think the 4" height advantage and that by fight time Silva would still go into the ring 15-20lbs+ heavier than GSP, after they rehydrate. Maybe GSP should go up to 185 & Silva go to 205.

Bruce Lee is a forgotten pioneer and legend when it comes to MMA, he was one of the first to break with 1000's of years of tradition and start to share it with the west. You hardley ever see someone step in the ring claiming accomplishment in Jeet Kune Do, being a student of it, but you don't have to claim Jeet Kune Do to be excellent at it, That's the point, in the end it's just a name. With that said it would still be interesting to see such a fighter come in the ring with that claim.

Silva, is a master, I love when I catch a glimps of, The way of the intercepting fist, or foot, Jeet Kune Do, when he fights. It's one of the most effective things to master. One is so quick, so intune, instinct of all sneses, Your opponent makes the strike for you first, but you are so quick and good you can still beat him and intercept. Flowing with rhythm and broken rhythm mixed is key.

The front kick what Silva did was the only good thing that happened in the whole event.jones performence was pretty itty.
Also if Chael had a rematch with Silva you dont know if silva would win(thats the bueaty of the sport)silva got lucky in that fight and I bet you Chael wont forget it for the rest of his life.

I can't really see GSP beating Silva. Even if GSP were to put on 30lbs of muscle and diet down to 185lbs, I think the 4" height advantage and that by fight time Silva would still go into the ring 15-20lbs+ heavier than GSP, after they rehydrate. Maybe GSP should go up to 185 & Silva go to 205.

Damn man i spent 55 bucks on the pay per view . It was alright , but i didn't get my moneys worth. And for all you pricks who thought that Vitor would beat Anderson ...Dream on . i was slightly surprised to see silva so at ease with vitor i mean his ultimate challange so far seemed to be chael sonnen. he made vitor seem so easy with tht kick. but this is just my opinion

Vitor disrespected Silva by leaving the shute boxe camp and training somewhere else in Brazil.
That is seen as disrespect by fighters in Brazil, when you are in a camp you are seen as brothers. Vitor betrayed Silva and the entire black house camp.

It doesn't make sense for Jones to fight Shogun now. Wins over Vera, Matyushenko, and now Bader---shouldn't grant a title shot. He hasn't fought any top contenders. And no, in my eyes, Bader does not rank in the top 10.(Sherdog ranked him No. 6? Like WTF?!) Let him fight Thiago Silva, Rampage or Machida and if he wins, then give him the title shot.

@kornypony Well Machida is coming off of a loss to Rampage who the UFC asked if he wanted a title shot at Shogun and he denied it so they gave it to Jones. but i agree. He should not be fighting for the title.

Watched my first pay per view/ UFC pay per view today.
Anderson beat vitor like nothing.. I never lost faith in him. Never deny the champion.
But i do want my money back because i feel like i didn't get my moneys worth really. The main event ended in the first round ... like c'mon really lol
And the fights weren't as good as i thought they would be but it was alright..
Haha i was all smiling when my dad paid for the pay per view :]
