  • After age 60 works too! Learning tai chi informs how I move in everyday life. I keep my balance more than before. And I can't say enough about the quality of teaching and the benefits of tai chi as meditation. This is an excellent opportunity!

  • Studies have shown that tai chi is the best prevention for falls in the elderly - we all should learn tai chi before we turn 60!

    And we have this right here in Brookline!
