I'm a 37 year old woman whose been listening to punk since '93. Is this punk? I don't know but I understand this video. Hell, I can still relate to this kid even though I'm less than 6 months away from my bachelor's in human services. This asshole probably never learned about respecting people's cultures.
@disaudio243 its called dubstep and the kids that should be learning through punk are skipping to the getting fucked up stage that most get into a little later, when they realize its hopeless to try and fight, but still incorporate those ideals into their lives. punk in my 10s-14s really changed my life for the better.
I look at it this way, people can argue all they want about what's punk and what's not, fact of the matter is, bands like the Unseen are needed to keep punk rock alive and to introduce younger listeners to the music that we love. Otherwise, they might end up liking emo...or screamo...or whatever commercial fad bull shit that's being put out these days. That's two cents, and keep punk alive in your local scene!

Im diagnosed psycholigicly insable because of a fucking psycologist and im swedish and our psycological care is free (i dont know US but i doubt it since their fucked up health care) but one day i said to myself that im okay and i knew that because ive been as low as suicide attempts (sure talk shit about me fuckheads i don't give a shit) and then they wanted to put me in a kind of deep care or something my parents and the psycologist said that i WILL induct this programe luckely i turned 18...

@PainInMind92 I was in a punk band with my best friend from HS and to this day he's still straight edge. The fact I partied and he didn't did nothing to subtract from our friendship. We still made kick ass music without worrying about personal semantics.

As a clinical psychologist I can honestly say that today's psychiatry is completely FUCKED up. They get free cruises and shit for diagnosing kids and teens with completely useless meds that can fuck you up for life. Therapy can be good, but you have to be careful who you pick, or they will convince you something is wrong with you to try and get you on medication. Most of the time, it is something that can easily be worked through. Just make sure they know you are NOT interested in going on meds.
@spilledinsanity i got no degrees, but i am the psychologist of my friends, i had a fucked life and i got one fucked up head, i help all my friends psychologically and i keep analysing people and all that, i love it, i might be 15, but i LOVE psychology, i got many she-friends with problams i always give them advice and explain reactions to them and all that
@spilledinsanity My wife works in a private boarding school for "troubled kids" and the first thing they do once the kids are on campus is get them off all their meds and begin real therapeutic work and they come around quickly. Then when they have their mandatory half hour weekly call home they hang up the phone all fucked up again, and when they go for home visits the kids are set back to square one. More work needs to be done to fix the cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms.
