Sorry, just checked. It is just called Windows Media. CS4's rendering setup is a bit different from CS3's. CS4 has a lot more rendering features.

Very nice post production and usage of who and what you have available... if you just had access to older people, this would be broadcast standard. Probably just need a makeup artist to help with the age factor. There were just some shots where I noticed reflections of the cameraman, but it's still pretty good. I don't even know where you required Cinema 4d (which is a good thing).

the software is what makes this work in my opinion.

color correcting like this works relatively well for the film, but has become basically a cliche both in film and television. it's used in everything. i've noticed you use it in basically everything you shoot.

i suggest- try to do some original work, it'll give a better foundation for judgment on what you can do, instead of what you can re-create

Hey peti1212, its me again.I have one MAJOR question. I see that you shot this video in 24p with the hv30, awesome vid by the way. But as we both know a pulldown removal is needed for 24p. Now I have cs3 and also vegas which i prefer to use. But could you help me out? I want to be able to have my films in 24p but i really dont understand the methods of how to do this over the web. Hi, oh yes, the 24p pulldown. I hate doing it, but I use Cineform HD. It automatically removes pulldows while you are capturing the footage. It's nice but it costs money for the program. I know that there are free ways of doing this but I don't know any good one. Sorry that I cannot help you out with this because I only use Cineform HDLink. Hope this helps a bit.

Hi again, The lighting effect was added in After Effects. I have the Video Copilot Color Grading kit, which allows me to pick from around 30-40 different colorings. I always tweak it a bit afterwards too.

Dude just let me first thank you for this video, but secondly I want to add that the people in the video should watch more films so they know how to move theatrically. They bob their heads too much and it makes it look hoaky but otherwise the cinematography is good. This does give me an idea of what kind of sound quality you can get from this. How much did you pay for your external camera.

I happened to get this microphone for free due to the fact I write computer and electronics reviews, however I believe you can get it around $100 at B&H. But if you really want to get good sound quality, I would recommend if you would buy an SGM-1X or SGM-2X microphone which uses an XLR cable. Since it uses an XLR cable you will need a converter, but the Beachtek DXA-2S will do the job. I know it's not cheap, but it's well worth the sound quality.

It's because this type of film is so common place now it gives those disturbed people, who are already close to the edge, the feeling that this is somehow OK. You don't have to look too far to see the regular killings in schools and universities. And people ask at the end of it all - how did this happen. Why add your bit to the tide?
