actually there are two leagues the NDL and the NDA. NDL represents a type a dodgeball where there are two little almost baseball sized balls in play. The NDA supports a more tradional way of play. With 6 8.5' rubber balls. These guys are good in the NDL. Although when they tried to compete in a L.A. A-team Tournament in 2006 they got dismantled with relative ease. Its a whole set of rules. They are pretty good athletes non the less. Just they preform better with rules that support smaller balls.

Almost no one prefers playing with the "stinger" balls (the smaller ones). Good for little kids playing though.
