They will treat you horribly. They will stick you with every cost possible when you move out. As if buying a home isn't costly enough to get things started, this place found every reason to charge me. Even though they were renovating the whole thing, they still charged me. I was a deployed Soldier and got back to a leak in the roof, which damaged my carpet... and they charged me for it. They are assholes in every form and fashion. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
