I Remember in 1973 heading to the Season Opening of Circus Vargas (Miller Johnson) On our drive from Hollywood CA to Hollywood FLORIDA, its seemed like it took 3 days and 3 Nights, that would be 6 normail days, to get to the "Other Side". A friend and I took a cross country motorcycle trip starting in Georgia back in Oct 2010. We had never heard of Pablo Duro before. A lady at the visitor center in Amarillo told us about the canyon. We took a side trip the next morning to the canyon not knowing what to expect.... WOW!!! were we surprised. To me this was one of the main highlights of the trip. I can't wait to bring my wife back next time I take a trip out west.

i'm going to be working at a privately owned area off of the main park this summer. We give horse tours through the area and i am going to be a guide. Its filled with trees and beautiful rockformations and its wonderfull! i cant wait!!
