Well, as for me, I think there are plenty of clear evidence. You are certainly right in your observation, but I wouldn´t include Hitler among the men who are difficult to judge. I am the first to admitt that he made Germany great again, after the humiliations of the first world war, but he was also the inventor of Germany´s final decay and ruin. I think we can put it like this: as Bismarck was generally a good leader, Hitler was generally a bad one.
