Did you REALLY see it? Over there is Premium Stage in V2, while Model DD7 is Encore stage. Both of them are unlocked by Captivate~sabaki~, Die Zauberflote or Atalante. After all, it's IMPOSSIBLE to unlock model DD7 by Over there
