@dubcraft97 I can tell right there that your lying, 2 of my friends each have an X-Box 360, they take dam good care of their consoles, they play all the new games and pre-order their stuff, they play online, even with each-other (and all 3 of us do the same with PC games).

In one year, they have on average 2 red rings, and the unit is just like new when it happens at least once a year... And they go to college and play like you describe...lol

All three companies consoles have their problems. Microsoft's 360 has a great array of great games, but has a high red ring of death rate. Nintendo's Wii has very few great games and a ton of stuff no hardcore gamer likes well. Sony's PS3 playstation network has an army of dudes that hacked the crap out of it, but if you are into great games of all sorts then make sure you dont put your credit card data on PSN as you have a chance of being hacked. And there you have it basically.

This kind of work wasn't all that well regulated in the "first world" until fairly recently, which is interestingly when things started to be moved more over seas. Also, we don't have the workforce in Europe or the US for example to bring these kind of jobs back from China and India and the like.

@ApparitionFVT Dude i know that I was joking. When I first got my 1st Second Hand 360 about 5 years ago I hadn't put the AV cable in all the way and I shat myself thinking it was broken. I found out later when I put the cable in all the way, although the console did get 3 red rings about 2 years later. I think the newer 360 models are designed slightly better, reducing Red Ring of Death by a considerable amount, but I know so many people who got it from the original model.
