Actually, yes I can.

This creation IS good considering the time in which it was made. This was made BEFORE the Freedom cheat, before Creepy And Cute, before fan-made mods to even further improve the creator's capabilities, etc etc etc.

However, it is 2010 now, and people can do better. See my Rayquaza, as well as Kirinfan818's. You'll see what I mean.
