I love Dark Shadows! I hope Johnny Depp and Tim Burton don't ruin it by making it a caricature of the original script. I would hate that!!! At least the remake in the 90's was close to the feel of the original. I wish they could have continued. It would have been glorious!

The 1991 series was a nice effort and Cross was a good subsitute for Frid but the orginal was such a classic it was doomed to fail.

Ben Cross did a great job of portraying Barnabas. I liked the remake quite a lot.

Hollywood is in the process of of making a Dark Shadows movie with Johnny Depp in it to play Barnbas Collins. It's development right now.
