Yes, his Sonata for Flute and Piano is marvellous, too!

If you like Poulenc's music, you'll probably also like Kabalewsky's, Saint-Saëns', Fauré's and Martinu's, just to mention a few.

The repertoire of so called 'classical' music is endless...

@geertdehoux I am familiar with several people that you mentioned. Faure is one of my favorites, I don't know why the popular opinion outside of France is not that kind to him, since he is one of the most advanced and original composers of his time. Especially I like his late piano music, like the late nocturnes and barcarolles. The String Quartet, which for some reason is not that well known is a masterpiece. Thanks for your suggestions.
