A problem with the turbo sound " pppppssshhhhhh"

Hi..my audi a4 1.8t makes the same noise when im shifting upwards.. pls advise how to fix? is it costly? is it damaging the turbocharger? many thanks

@DriftKing7307 all you have to do is find that vocuum line that is broken . that was the problem with my car. and it caused me only 5$ to replace the vocuum holes .

im tired of VWs I maintained the best i could but i still have transmission problems.....bty its sounds like you have a mass air flow sensor prob

hey man! my moms 1.8t beetle has the same problem and i couldnt figure out what it was. i thought it was compressor surge. which vacuum line was broken on yours??? please and thanks !

bov bad i think , because this sound is called flutter sound, is the air from the turbo coming back into the turbo when the throttle valve closes.

Just so all u Guys know I all ready fixed it . a vacuum line was broken

it sound like your mass airflow sensor
