Damn thanks man! This guide really helped me! By the way...can you possibly explain to me why Ico is the sequel to Shadow of the Colossus. Or did you just research it. Cause I've heard that these games had a connection but could never figure out why they were connected.

Ok thanks. I ran around with the fire thinking "WHAT do I light up??". I understood the pillar had to be brought down. I don't think I would've solved this, I simply couldn't see those barrels, I ran past every time :(

This is my first time playing this game, and somehow I found the boy's attacks are similar to Devil May Cry style. Everytime I fight I wish I can do High Time, Million stab, or even become Sword Master.

@starsaber2345 in the PS3 version, Ico breaks the chain with his stick, about as unbelievable as the rest. I'm particularly impressed with his ability to carry a heavy cauldron/pot while simultaneously gripping a stick in one hand and holding a girl's hand with the other.

@l3arrett50 I spent 10 minutes jumping on that freaking thing before I accidentally swung my stick and nicked the chain. I get changing the answer to something that involves direct action rather than having a cutscene trigger simply by standing in a specific location, but there isn't a clear indication that the chain will snap. Landing on it could make the link bend without breaking just to draw our eye to it, and then smacking it would finish the job (still stupid but eh...).

yeah thats what people say but its just a guess the game doesn't really say anything about that. the Queen is not trying to kill Ico she just wants the girl but Ico is trying to protect her so the Queen wants Ico out of the way so she can get the girl.

This puzzle was one of the longest for me to solve. I even left Yorda all the way back at the part where she had to jump across the space lol, the part before the huge block and chain

i cant fucking get the barrel to light ive been sytuck on it for 2 days now why wont my barrels light ive tryed every button

you don't have to push any buttons just walk up to the barrel and line up your stick and make sure your flame touches the top of the barrel thats all, no buttons to push.
