1--There's French Canadian all over Canada. 2--French Canadian speak French but they arent French. 3-- French Canada (Province of Québec) is probably the best place to find the "real" Canadian because Canada is a bilingual country (French and English) and you find bilingual people in a bigger proportion in Quebec.
