I have to say, my hats off to you! Things like this are an American icon and I just love to see this kind if stuff! I do have to say though, it's a shame to see how things are made today with artificial stuff and plastic bottles. This is a great collection and I hope you find more!

i'm totally impressed! i'm 13 and I love cool old stuffs. I would like to start collecting coca-cola stuffs too, but I live in Brazil and here is not so easy to find these old things. Have you ever watched "American Pickers" on History Channel? If not, watch it!

@Tenaz001 same lol i love to colect thing that are old too i live in canada tho it is a lot more easy to find stuff over here i once found an only coke bottle in a stream but i have yet to ever find anything like it shops photos signs tv i just cant it says coca colla and all that stuff on it but it dose not have the coke shape it is just like a normal bottle i wonder how old it is i havent had a chance to find out yet i also collect farm implaments tools old wooden fishing lures coin and bills

hello, i am also a coca cola enthusiast and it's luck that you also collect gumball machines because I just bought one at an antique store (gumball machine) and I am missing the correct globe, the small cap on the top, and the crank. I am sure that you can help me. I would like to get an idea of how much my coca-cola door-handles are. They are original from Alabama fountain shop and are probably copper with plates that has a fleur de lis design and the handles themselves are inlaid with glass that has the coca-cola inscription. Someone was smart enough to save them before building was demolished i think. It was only the very first shoppes that had these and they were a handful only.

You can get glass coke bottles from craker barrel. Its a eating place where they sell old retro things. Its one of my favorite places to buy things

@marxbroths You can get it any time if there is a sam's club near you, you will have to ask for them to show it to you. They import it from mexico because regulation makes it so they can't put it in the unhealthy cans. It's abot 20$ because it comes in a bundel of it.

i have a large collecton of coke stuff as well. i even have at least a dozen serving trays from the 30's. one question, i have an all original 1952 or 1953 coca cola vending machine that is in great shape and still works, i'd like to use it, but i don't know where to get the 6.5 ounce glass bottles it needs, do they still sell them, if so will 8 ounce fit?

I have this Coca Cola polar bear cub piggy bank. It's the cub sitting down and it has a scarf that says coca cola. Its hands are on its stomach. I was wondering if perhaps you or anybody else knew what that might be worth. Thanks.

That's good. Glad to hear it's picked back up. Perhaps I'll make it to the spring show just to touch base again. I haven't been there in almost 8 years tho. Back then the Dutch, Italians used to be there and have sea containers sitting there in the parking lot ready to fill with merchandise they've bought and ship home to restore. Nice collection there. I swear I sold 3/4 of those signs in Chicago years ago. Used to do Chicagoland and then it went downhill fast. My main thing tho was restoring the old pop machines. Still have 1/2 a barn full waiting for restoration. Just waiting for the economy to come back. Shanlee, the machine is mid 50's Cavalier 72

I disagree about the Chicagoland show I think the new owners (4 years ago) have really done a good job with the show. I always find nice vintage items to add to my coca cola collection, like any show you have to dig. I picked up a killer Coke light up Pause sign at the April09 show and a Coke Lantern light-up. Its not like the old days but neither is the Indy Ad Show, Coke convention, or any flea market.
