Because this is guilt by assocation, it's the same s*** the right is doing with Ayers. If the Republicans want to bring up Ayers during debates, I'm sure Obama will fight fire with fire, but otherwise, he's too much of a classact to resort to a low road approach. That's something you'd come to expect from McCain.

I think the dems are well aware of the effect that this type negative campaigning has. It certainly has hurt McCain. I have wondered whether or not they are keeping stuff in reserve. Her associations with AIP are certainly suspect as well as associations with churches and the New Apostolic Reformation and Joel's Army.
