I think it's very strategic for SM to produce ONE song and distribute it to a bunch of DJs for remixing... They're testing the waters. They'll follow the views to see which "style" resonates with the audience best, and try to adapt Soshi's style towards the most popular version. The cost is very minimal and they can make a lotta ka-ching for one song. It also hypes up the GG name among DJs and producers.

I think they put out many versions in order to appeal to a different audience. this has a more hip hop/ pop feel and I think they wanted to reach out to the listeners of that genre. I'm sorry but, Lee Soo Man. But why do you have to practically ruin an adequate song yet itself and repackage another album and add two songs that feature some other rapper. Bad enough it displays the two rappers didn't put effort into at least differentiating the song instead of placing the rap sequence into the exact same verses. Yet alone a rap is not suitable for a song like The Boys.
