@RogerioMartins87 They explain it in the manga. It's a convoluted metaphor for unveiling the truth: to cut the skin of a pumpkin, you need strong scissors. Section 3 acts as those scissors, cutting through the pumpkin rind that is deception.

@warhero721 It is Pumkin Scissors, yo. if you watch the anime, they explain the meaning behind it a bit, even if it doesn't much much sense... They could have come up with a better name. I have to say it is one of my favorite anime now...

@warhero721 you would know why it is called that if you watch the series or read the manga. the scissors represent cutting and the pumpkin ins the barrier. so they are carving the barriers the war left like you would carve a pumpkin on halloween.
