@mindlense They think god does not like the celebration of human spirit. They think that celebration should only be given to god and no one else deserves it even the people there god created. the only time your suppose to be happy is with your family, Church and there god. If you find happiness in art your a sinner, if you embrace human sexuality your condemned to go to hell and if you follow your heart your going st8 to hell cause your suppose to follow a book.

I have tons of favorite verses from the bible. And this is what I got out of it. That your god allows rape to happen and forced to merry there rapist. that jesus wants to kill disobedient children and criticized the jews for not killing them (mark7;9) and teaches hate and says if your KILLING in the name of jesus your a great person. WOW that is deep.

What is the draw to this place?? is it something inside that says to you: " I belong there, they are my people." I dont get it, except to say, they are in open rebellion against God.

already*. That's where I found out about it. The thing is, I thought it was completely made up for a very brief period of time. I thought maybe my friends and I could immitate it going deep into the woods and doing really primal, bizzare stuff.

Then I actually Googled it or Wikipedia'd it, and I was amazed.

seem as bareboned and primitive as I thought it may have been. Looks really cool though. I've always wanted one gigantic experience that will topple any other experience a man could possibly have. I've seen and heard a lot, and considering instinct anyway, I think it is that perfect experience. Once I found out it was about artistry too (and that it was such a long event), I absolutely knew I will have to go at least once. I am huge on outsider/abstract art so it's even better. Seems f'n awesome

Very nice trailer. Keep me posted if you do a full length version. It appears impartial and says it like it is without bias. Or at least gives both sides to the question of what is Burning Man as well as is it becoming something we dont want it to be. It pravokes questions that will lead to change. Change is good.
