How to get hips high on the back in flares... Every time i try i mess up my flares.. i still cant get my hip high in the side N BACK.. SUGGESTIONS PLZ...
Im not sure what my power leg should be, im dominant with my right hand and i use that for like hanglide positions, airchairs, and such, but my power leg for flares is wat im worried about, like im used to swinging with my left and it feels comfortable but im not sure if im supposed to use my right, help?
