  • The tape falling to the floor is a nice touch...I have a SONY color reel vcr, that needs heads :*( I too, have no take-up reel! Put a CD on the spindle with a thread spool over it, and wind the tape on that!!!

  • Did the tape get wound on the black spindle in front ? You said in the text that you have no take up reel.

  • This VTR was given to me buy a friend who also has an extensive collection of video equipment.
