@87Nbrawl I'm from norcal, I just know a few places like calero. but I haven't had a lot of luck finding cool things like crayfish or salamanders, like all the lakes are either private or no fishing. havent found many good natural rivers and stuff :/

I understand your eating some of the turtles but just fyi for the ones you don't eat if you grab them by the tale and hold them up you can easily paralyze the back half of a turtle by separating the vertebra in its spine as the rest of the turtle weighs a fair bit and will put pressure on its spine. I'm not trying to be rude or an ass just providing some information. Happy noodling and watch your fingers

According to the 2011-2012 IDNR Fishing Guide: "It is illegal to use the following devices to take fish from public waters: a weir, electric current, dynamite or other explosive, a fire- arm, a crossbow, HANDS ALONE, or any sub- stance that may weaken or poison fish." Sorry, but you can't hand fish, or noodle, for catfish in Indiana.
