  • @spencer102030 Sorry to tell you, but excess amino acids ARE converted to fat in this way. Deamination takes place in the liver. Gluconeogensis can convert the amino acids to sugar. A keto acid can enter the citric acid cycle where it is being used to create ATP. If you take in excess protein, you will create as much ATP as you can and the rest will be stored as fat which is just fatty acid with glycerols made from sugar made from amino acids.

  • Losing weight is about all about having a caloric deficit which overtime accumulates and forces the body to use Fat stores. Has nothing to do with consuming Whey protein. Excess calories = Fat. Everyday extra 200 calories at the end of the week (7 X 200) = 1400 calories which = (1400 X 4 Weeks) 1.6 lbs a month. 1.6 lbs can go unnoticed and amount to much more at the end of the year. This is only 200 extra a day...imagine an extra 300 or 400. 20oz coke has 240. Save your pennies : )

( pure means more protein then regular ones).. while on the other hand.. regular why, ie consentrate wheys contains more fat and are bit cheaper.. its for those slim shaddy type bodybuilder who wants to look bigger , where yu accept little bit fat..

  • @futb0lista7777777 i strictly dont recomment you to do gym for next 2 months. until you fully recover. hence, i dont no if yu'll wait or not. as most guys want to hit the gym asap.. so when yu fully recover and hit the gym, just dont go for weight lifting, instead do cardio and extreme light weight, just for pumping. if yu dont feel any pain in your shoulder, slowing increase the weight.
