chop chop fold. thats how youre supposed to mix the icecream. you did everything wrong,

sauces always go first. mix it longer than 5 seconds then the icecream starts getting melty. did you even watch the training videoes?

im in this exact situation i just started working at cold stone yesterday. i have trouble with the ice cream sometimes. and getting it into a ball shape is hard as hell. ughhhhh but aparently acording to my co workers im doing better than most people do when they are new. i like when a person just orders something simple makes it so much easier. one time this lady ordered cake better with yellow cake straberrys fudge and gummy bears. but iam becoming a pro with birthfay cake remiz!! woot woot

My sister worked at coldstone 2 summers-ago(she's currently a sophomore at SMU in Dallas, Texas...) and she used-to tell me HORROR stories about the demandingly-crass customers!!! She said this one woman came in: my sis: "hello, welcome to coldstone creamery," woman: "yes I would like something yummy that won't make me fat???"

Cold Stone is the worst place ever.
