Once you are arrested state you are injured and demand a ambulance and transport to the ER for evaluation. YOU CAN NOT BE DENIED EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE!!!! This will also require one of 2 things, either a cop to be taken away from the protest to guard you at the ER, or the cops will issue you a personal recognizance bond since when you are under arrest THEY are responsible for paying for your medical care while in custody. (Then sign yourself out of the ER)

Legally, once a cop has made clear the intent to place you under arrest, your next recourse is with a lawyer and judge. If we let everyone base whether they got to resist arrest or not based on whether they felt they deserved to be arrested or not, no one would ever get arrested.
