Did this star which have been "kick of" by the black hole with an incredibly high velocity can keep her own planets permanently and take them on the journey to the unknown or she will lose them in the moment of "kick of".
Really interesting!
PS. Can this wandering star "adopt" new planets?

it may or may not lose the planets depending on the stars gravity and the mass and closeness of the planets, there is a very low chance of it "adopting" planets because stars rarely go near one another.
