I have owned one of these for the past 6 months. Using this phone is a pain. You have to use the stylus it is not touch friendly. You can teather with it, which is good. the main flaw is when put it in stand by mode if you get a message it re activates the screen, then if its in your pocket, it will pocket dial change settings or what ever your pocket prompts it to do. Not worth the money.

Sony Xperia x1i and x1a are junk phones. Save yourself time and money going to Sony repairs. 6 out of 10 Xperia are defective thats why they are giving 1 year warranty.

don't use autofocus on your cameras when doing reviews unless you're the only one operating the camera.

Why wouldn't you use autofocus?

because notice how in most of these videos the focus is changing too much and focuses on the wrong images which is very annoying to the viewer. With manual focus you can focus easier and on the right image. Just a filmmaker's tip.

Well I thank you for the tip, because I am considering purchasing a new camcorder so that I can actually do some videos, other than the few I did last year because I happen to lose it to my little brother! Any tips as to what type of camera or camcorder to get? I ask if you do, which and why!? I also ask that if you were to recommend any SONY, which? Because I have looked at almost all Sony, because it is a favorite and preference of mine!!!

pics and videos online is nothing compared to seeing and handling the xperia live, it has been 2 weeks since i had my xperia and i am loving it more and more everyday...my friends with their BB storms and iphones are jealous :D

Very good review! Nice touch with the close-ups, too. Seeing is believing. I'm still researching this phone. Overall, I like the programs but my only flaw is T-Mobile's 3G bands (which is slightly different from the phone's bands).

Battery life is better than average for a WinMo Pro phone. About 2 days with moderate to more than moderate use on a charge.

Yes, but me likely the video reviews :D. As they say, a picture is worth a thousands words, by that logic, a video is 25FPS, therefore in every second there are 25 pictures, and 25x1000=25,000 words! Lol.

Anyways, Yes, I love your website, but seeing a device in action is infinitely better than a standalone review on a website. I love your work :).
