  • mike? mike?

  • This man put everything on the line. And got shitted on.

  • How did Christopher Plummer not get nominated and WIN an oscar for this? Seriously, he's awesome in this

  • abaco, in the bahamas

  • abaco, in the bahamas

  • Where is the Place Al Pacino is staying by the beach? looks lovely

  • get on the fucking phone!!...funny..lol

  • A scene for the ages.

  • Best scene of the movie, and amazing music

  • ""Yes, Try Mr Wallis? It became a fight between 'Wallis and any-other Power in the world. (A little Psycho with power himself?"

  • "This penny-arcade farse could have just the same over a can of beans, it just got out of control."

  • I'm looking for the music from 4.20-6.12

Does anybody know which track that is?

  • @TheGhunter2001 Track 16 "Meltdown"

  • Gina Gershon is so friggin hot!

  • @69adrummer You should watch a movie called Bound. Youd dig it for sure check it out

  • @jeffreybiderpdee Oh yes, thanks! Seen it! Great scene in the bathroom if I recall. Among other great scenes! ;)

  • "Try MISTER Wallace". Best line, and Gina Gershorn (sp) makes an excellent corporate scumbag lickspittle. Her prettiness makes it all the more evil.

  • I find it interesting that Christopher Plummer starred on both The Insider and Inside Man. Weird huh?

  • As StephenCone asked, does anyone know the name of the song that plays during the airing of the altered segment and peaks at 6:00-6:20?

    Thanks.

  • @DarkNovProductions I believe it's called "Meltdown", it's on "The Insider" movie soundtrack

  • I want you to tell him in these words, "Get on the fucking phone!" yes you can, tell him to get on the fucking phone!!!!

  • Mmmm. This is one of the best scenes, if not the best scene in the movie. I don't know HOW Mike Wallace could be mad about the way Plummer portrayed him. He should have won an award based on this meltdown alone.

  • Christopher Plummer has just received today his first Academy Award nomination for "The Last Station" in a Supporting Role!

  • @LBSWebsite nice!! he should have won for this movie as well

  • is crowe seeing what he wishes were reality or is he actually hallucinating? anybody know? i cant tell

  • Notice the weight Wallace carries in the room--by the time he says "Where the hell's the rest?" at medium volume you can hear a leaf blow.

When he goes off and Ned Ryerson and Gina Gershon's lawyer it is an all time tantrum.

Great expressions and body language by the usually tough as nails Gershon, too--at the end she looks like a beaten fighter that is leaning into the ropes

"You corporate lackey--who told you your incompetent little fingers had the requisite skills to edit me!"

  • LOL!, I love the Ned Ryerson reference.

  • A great sequence indeed!

"I've been in this profession 50 FUCKING years!"

    Love it.

  • @castaway50 "Ned Ryerson" LMFAO!!! I thought the guy looked familiar! Thanks for reminding me it was from Groundhog Day.

  • Anyone know the name of the quiet piece of music that plays during the middle of the clip? Been looking for it everywhere. Much appreciated.

  • Me too, any luck finding it at all?

  • whats the name of the song when crowe is illucinating towards the end

  • Meltdown - the last song from the OST

  • Lisa Gerrard and Peter Bourke - Meltdown

  • Does anyone know the name of that huge piece of art at 4:28? or the music playing throughout that scene? Thanks

  • @tpl89 Lisa Gerrard and Peter Bourke - Meltdown

  • its sad how the network manipulates information with the truth and how easily they can fool everyone

who can you trust or believe now?

  • "Mike?

    Mike!

    Try Mr. Wallace.

We work in the same Corporation doesn´t mean we work in the same profession.

Now what are you going to do now?

You going to finess me? Laywer me some more?

I´ve been in this profession 50 fucking years!

You and the people you work for are destroying the most respected, the highest rated, the most profitable show on this network!"

    Love it!

    Great scene!
