ohh my god!! I looove this song! wow... there is so much JOY in this song! It always made me happy when I was younger. It came out when I was a teenager. i could have had areally crummy day at school and my folks would be in a bad mood when I got home but THIS SONG always made me feel better instantly..love this song!
All I ever could think of when I heard the background music when I was young was Ricky Ricardo's band. You know from I love Lucy. Somehow the drumming effect made me think this. Good song though
This music was part of the era in which my childhood forged from. Presently, I rock. And, in these times, I tend to fall back to the basic sounds of my youth to get me going. Reason? Listen to the lyrics.
@dinah19691 Thank you for acknowledging my virtual version of "thinking out loud".
It just so happened that I was working on my project as I listened to this video with the window minimized...so I could hear the song in the background.
To our future generation I give you this. Yes, the economy sucks. Yes, you can feel a little dissenfranchised. But that's when you, yourself have to "breakout". Find your talent and make it work. Start small. Take baby steps, but don't be afraid to try. You know what'll work for you; and only you. These are the times when the real entrepreneurs come out and show what they've got. Who's next? This is what this song means to me.
I'm starting my business. And, yes, it's all that work is cracked up to be. Some days it just sucks and it makes you want to say "Why am I doing this?"
That's when I say, "Because nobody else can do it better."
And, I get back on the push forward to my success. You can, too. The future is our to make. Who is to say that you don't know what you want? Break out!
there still going, my dad loves them. He went to see them a couple of years ago and met the lead singer and had a drink with her in the pub. He was over the moon haha
