Actually I thought it was hypnotic rather than boring. I suppose the guys who do these kind of jobs get into a way of working so they can anticipate each other's actions.

It's not often that a forty year old tip is excavated so fully. I'd be interested to know the state of the various types of material being unearthed, particularly the plastics.

Really excellent, especially how the two diggers manage to keep out of each others way! Found anything interesting yet? I noticethat some of the rubbish has kept its colour well - amazing.

Great stuff, hope you can get to EG asap. The £250 was too much for me as a student but I may buy some xmas presents from the line to help out.

Pity the rail option died a death; as was the practise at the beginning of the push from kingscote. Was this due to practicability plus will this mean that the diesel object will go back home soon so that Normandy will be repaired just a tad quicker?
