  • WTF these people have no clue what breakfast is.

  • Man, just exercise then you can eat whatever you want

  • its breakfast guys... you need some calories to work the day. Of course go out and do some stuff to burn it if you just sit in an office.

  • This is crap. None of these things are good for breakfast. Fat doesn't make you fat. Sugar is toxic to your body, you produce insulin to clean sugar out of your blood. Salt is also dangerous. The nutrition you get from grains is negligible, the carbohydrates in grains are dangerously high (and that becomes sugar in your blood very quickly). Eat your vegetables. Eat lean meats. Eat fewer fruits. Get on your feet and move!

  • None of those are good for you. Not even the "healthier" options. What's so hard about some berries, nuts, and whole grain toast?

  • He says protein is good in the morning and then shows a steak omlette which is bad for you....I'm confused.
