Lilliburlero, I think is the name. It's an old Irish jig-like tune. (I've found it spelled "Lily Bolero," too.)  You'd recognise it if you heard it!

aww poor you ....this is such a brilliant recap...they are lovely, i love both the actors and the character. i think its brilliant how he convinces her even more that they should be together by orcestrating the film quote!

This clip makes me hope that one day when Harry is ready to chuck it all in - when he can - when England will be safe without him - he will find a way to orchestrate a reunion with Ruth in PARIS. He's got the skillz, after all. Harry knows how to get it done! Wouldn't that be a fitting way for him to go out? It would be nice to see his unwavering service to his country rewarded in the end.

I have a feeling that no matter what occurs in [spooks]6 (and 7, 8, 9, etc.) I will always "pretend" that Harry and Ruth are living happily together somewhere.

That's exactly what I imagine. I personally want her back on the show, but if they can't bring her back then if it gets to the point where Firth wants to leave then I hope they do so that he retires with Ruth somewhere.
