Well folks, this video was taken in Crystal River, Florida, where, IMHO it is good luck to see a turtle. It means that they haven't spoiled all of the "Real Florida", the beautiful natural parts. In 2009 there was a vote taken by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) in Crystal River. The FWC approved a new rule banning the commercial harvest of freshwater turtles in Florida.
