Forgot the financial benefit to defense co., the fact that JFK had dethroned & fractured CIA operations & all the other suspicious activities surrounding this event. The bottom line is -- Oswald couldn't have made the shot. Nowhere in his record does it say "world class sniper". And the equipment he "used" was also dogshit. And the timeline. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't have done it. He was just a fall guy.

But the movie represents powerful film making by an immortal director at his absolute creative peak. When you watch a movie and get chills dozens of times, you are talking power. The pictures are so well painted.

The best part was when X started talking about Operation Mongoose. Garrison heard loose bits and pieces of what Mongoose was from David Ferrie and Jack Martin earlier in the movie, but they weren’t even aware what it really was. The look on Garrison’s face when X brought it up was like he was shocked.

This scene is epic in movie history.

This movie was a complete joke, this character is ficitonal like many of the other scenes Stone put in the movie. If you believe this film represents the real facts or documentation of the JFK assassination then you are a gullible fool.

@edinscot56789 My theory is this: He (LBJ) may have been convinced by the chiefs that a Kennedy presidency was a nat'l security threat, so he reluctantly agreed to go along with it. Not because he wanted Kennedy dead. He have seen civil rights legislation and a victorious Vietnam as a successful, 'Clintonesque' move.

Trouble is, he realized this mistake (he was wrong about Vietnam, as were the chiefs) in early 1968, and decided not to run in the '68 election.

Being a warlike ideology, it renders service to the military industrial complex in an effort to concentrate wealth. Mussolini and Hitler were both heavily financed by big business. the wealthy control even dictators. Though their hardened demeanors confuse people that its the other way around.

In fact Hitler was a National Socialist (the word NAZI is short for Nationalsozialistische) and I'm sure you know that socialism is defined as state control of the means of production, distribution, and exchange. Hitler and, to a lesser extent, Mussolini, once in power used the powers of the state to rest control of their respective economies from the industrialists. What you describe I would call unbridled capitalism influencing corrupt politicians but not the classical definition of fascism.

Also, Hitler and Mussolini also rolled back corporate taxes and confiscated many state owned steamship yards, steel mills, power plants, and farmlands and privatized them in the hands of the wealthy for basically garage sale prices. I suggest watching "The Functions of Fascism" by Michael Parenti for a better understanding. I also want to add that statism is not solely left or right. To what end is the state is being used is what makes it left (Stalin) or Right (Hitler.)

Both leaders nationalized the banks, and major industries, especially heavy industry which they reorganized for the production of war materiél. As true fascists they reordered their respective societies along extreme nationalistic lines. Hitler especially was not controlled by anyone in industry and would summarily execute anyone who tried to obstruct him. Classic fascism.

Ah ah, wrong again. First off, the term socialist was made to make an appeal to the working class (mainly the working class) though he was anything but socialist. Many socialists were murdered by the SA and squadristi in Italy. Secondly, they did nationalize, but not in the traditional sense where it remained gov't owned and operated. The main industries which were nationalized were industries that were sinking and needed refloating.

And the economic system of fascism is corporatism, the merge of state and corporate power. I dont recall Hitler killing any industrialists either. Fascism is indeed a right wing system.
