Yeah, I saw this vid already. Still I'd like to hear both sides of the story. In my opinion Kuntman's video was obvious provocation (as in: wasn't serious) but what do I know?

And I see posts of Durka because he has alternate account (if it really is him) user=kuntman.

Yeah, FS wouldn't like to see Kuntman's videos removed IF he had powned him. But he didn't.

Plus, he seems quite happy that Durka is gone.

Anyway, I guess we will have to wait. I saw comments by TAA claiming that he is behind that. I saw posts by Kunt saying that he didn't receive DMCA and most likely was flagged. Probably by fake's crowd.

Kuntman's vid about selling TJ's book was a provocation. IMO nobody shouldn be punished for making a provocation video.

UMBCDurkaDurka was suspended. It looks like fakesagan couldn't stand the defeat and filed DMCA. Reason: Kuntman said that he was selling TJ's book. Well, we all know he did it to piss off FS, and that he actually didn't sell a single copy. Is that the way fakesagan deals with his opponents when he is losing in his own game? Winners don't resort to this kind of crap.

Very informative. Thank you. I can indeed see a day when youtube is thought of as a public broadcast medium. Unless a competitor comes along, there will be serious questions to answer. Do we want the arbitrary hand of youtube mods to screen vids or Uncle Sam? The solution would be to find a way for everyone to be heard and at the same time assure people that they're not going to see something they don't want to see.

Maybe, if YT were willing to include sections for different types of vids. They could have something similar to the ratings-system of movies ie PG, R, XXX etc... Of course if you allow porn, then you have to worry about the servers clogging up due to spam. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. Anyway, like your vid, this comment has gone on way too long. Peace.

Ahh the Beta Max... that was indeed a superior technology as compared with VHS. The audio was better, video quality was better, tapes were more compact, etc. The reasons why it lost the format war was VHS did indeed had a head start. It was also cheaper, fewer studios produced movies on beta, and there are several other reasons that I can't recall right now.

VHS won because it was cheaper to make and rival companies didn't want to be slaves to Sony's strict licensing of the Betamax format, so more manufacturers jump onto the JVC's VHS consortium.

Plus Betamax came out in 1975 where as VHS came out in 1976.
