That is absolutely beautiful playing & your tone is wow. I play a yahama 574 with B foot. I wonder is it possible to get a powell head joint to fit? It is a very good flute but it would be interesting to see if a powell HJ would make much of a difference!
Thanks for the kind words. You could indeed purchase such a headjoint, but dimensions across manufacturers and models are not all the same, and you may have trouble getting the parts to fit, even with custom modification. Then you'd be singing a different tune -- perhaps "One Piece at a Time", by Johnny Cash. (Find it here on YouTube!)
I have recently thought of getting a new b foot joint, with open hole, and silver pointed key arms for a new flute. Any reccommedations for a awesome flute that provides all these settings? I am seriously consitering the Yamaha YFL-684H. Please give me any open ideas!
Thank you. It's a Powell flute, French model (open tone holes). I can elaborate on the "sound" if you wish, as some of my YouTube videos get noticed more for my audio recording techniques than for my performance style, in my opinion.
nice playing!

Thanks for your kind words.
I'm not familiar with the Yamaha flutes, but many brands have the features you mention.
My comments on features do not fit in this space, so I'm sending you a separate message.

Very nice, I like your sound...
Just curious what flute are you using here to get this sound?
