I love Rachel Ray, too! I've never heard of the paper bag thing for the potatoes, but am going to give it a try. I did hear that storing potatoes and onions near one another will make both spoil faster and I noticed an improvement when I started storing them in seperate areas. So excited to organize my pantry, now! :)

i heard for doing the potatoes in a bag, just never tried it, great order!

I had never heard about storing potatoes in a paper sack. I will try that too because mine seem to go bad so quick. Thanks for the info.
