  • with the 1000 bars beat tho im feeling myself

  • Football's gametime is about 11 minutes.

  • i think i did 5.6 at the end of freshman training camp this year

and im a lineman (i play anything o line, and nose guard and defensive tackle)

  • So I have to: Buy a stadium, rent a professional trainer & buy material? NO THX

  • @cleemeyer hahaha :P

  • This shit aint football, this is gangbang with armor!!!!

  • It's cool how I can barely see how fast there feet are moving!:/

  • THEY ARE ALL BLACK WONDER Y?

  • speed kills

  • But does he have a golden voice?...

  • this is at mceachern? im out of harrison.

  • these guys look fast as shit. Well back to black ops.

  • @revshadows7 hahahahahahah

  • ye ye ye ye pee won ye ye

  • @ultra1337 u a fukin retard u can train speed by doing any thing that involves running.... u probably just said that cuz ur slow as fuk

  • correction 4.80 and I'm 14 now I forgot

  • @GuelpHBears23 haha you dont know how old you are? no scholarships for you!

  • @utra tell tht to me and every other runningback in the nation....I was offensive line for 3 games wen I first started football now I run 5.01 at 40 and I'm 13 so suck my fuckn dick ignorant bitch

  • what is the name of that song man they are fast

  • Directed by: Micheal Bay

  • u can't train speed, its either u have it or u dont...

  • @utra1337 thats the most ignorant thing i have ever heard damn ur dumb.

  • @CHRISQ234 don't worry if u buy this tape im sure u will improve ur slow ass... someday u might be able to outrun usain bolt ;)

  • @utra1337 I'm pretty sure you can train to get faster.

  • @utra1337 asante samuel dropped his 40 from a 5.2 in high school to a 4.49 at the combine pretty damn sure you can train speed

  • @mcrdexfan lmao! idk who told you he ran a 5.2 but no corner back in the world would have been able to cover anyone or even play in college with a 5.2 speed, 300 pound lineman need to be faster than that, but your correct that you can train speed, maybe drop it from a 4.6 to a 4.4 but not a 5.2 to a 4.4 lmao

  • @cleemeyer1 go to his wiki page its in there. theres an article about it online too

  • @utra1337 ahem, ever heard of personal record, u can get faster by training your SPEED AND AGILITY.

    dumbass

  • can someone tell me the songname?

  • 1:24 ... "hold on guys, i gotta take a dump" XD

  • impressive

  • how long would it take befor you start seeing results?

  • @43blackknight I imagine a few weeks. My guess would be roughly 3-4 to see any major results. Any form of exercise is a slow (but rewarding) process.

  • 0:24 what r those called nd where can u buy thosee ?

  • good video

  • ahhaha this looks so funny

  • isnt it suppose to show the legs moving?

  • does anyone know the title of the music?

  • looks like some of these guys are auditioning for a dance concert

  • @HipHopCentre im glad thats what you got out of this video. tard.

  • (: im glad that your glad that i saw what i saw :)

  • THESE P1 videos are GooD...

  • How can they build muscle if they run?? Please look at a picture of a Olympic Sprinter of the 100 Meter distance. They run all day and look like body builders. Its called "fast twitch muscle fiber". Google "Michael Johnson Sprinter Pics".

  • @proconsulaugustus sprinters dont only run as part of their training..they do weights training also for upper body and lower body

  • in football speed counts ....but also the right cleats !

  • @Falastini93: If you look at the different types of energy systems, it is the ATP-CP system that is responsible for building those muscles. ATP system only last for 10 seconds though, so a good recovery inbetween is crucial. If you look at 100m sprinters, these would explain the reasoning. When u sprint, almost every single of your muscles are on the clock work, which is equivalent to doing a weight training workout except at high intensities. I hope this helps.

  • @xrogue007 but i thought the amount of force you output wat maximized but how strong your legs are? im kinda confused so please correct me , how can u improve or " get stronger " from running . when your body wieght isnt enuff to put stress on your legs? and what exercises put this kinda stress on ur legs?

  • @TheZer0celsius: There are ways to improve power from your legs. However, its not just your legs that's doing all the work. It also your core. So the stronger your core, the more power it is going to contribute. But to develop more power on your legs, your training have to be specific. Try doing squat jumps with dumbell on both hands. Plyometrics is one of the best ways as a training method to improve power. But plyo alone is not enough. Try incorporating it with resitance training.

  • Those guys have cute quick feet but small weak strides. I might give the featured guy a 4.6 in his best 40 lol. The Fastest Pro Football Players come from years of developeing Real Speed on a Track Team!

  • what is the name of the song?

  • I have found out that you can squat all the want but you need to work on athletic ability. two different things.

  • @goodlookin41 can u explain this please? what are u referring to wen u say athletic ability? running ?

  • @TheZer0celsius using weight training will make u explosive for a quick burst, but you need to work on footwork, agility, quickness, balance and you do this by now using weights. infact do some workouts on one leg and then use the other.

  • badass!

  • shit im tired

  • He needs to cock his toes and swing his arms more. But that's from a track point of view. idk about football.

  • A track point of view on a football field will get you a nice handful of concussions and broken limbs.

  • @ReignzOfBrainz Well think about it, say a reciever breaks through and has all daylight. If the kid's swinging the fuck out his arms, he's gonna dust anyone who tries to run him down by chopping their feet.

  • No, no, no, track is much more than swinging arms as people swinging their arms is a natural thing that's been happening for thousands of years. Trust me, I've been doing track for 6 years(professional for 3), football for 4 years. Track runners are so fast or are so capable to do long distance because they are unhindered. In football nobody is unbothered, track stuff on a football field is useless.

  • @ReignzOfBrainz My coach ran in the olympics and my partcoach was 6th nationally for the 400m. I trust them more. It's not even long distance! Indoor meets have 65m races. YO!

  • Trust them if you want, all I'm saying is that Track running is the art of being the fastest with nothing holding you back, if your coach is telling you to use track running techniques while playing football then, he's never played football. It's not successful.

  • That shit look dope tho i need that shit for soccerball

  • what the name of that song?

  • I played on that field

  • Whoa 5.8

  • @publickil want a cookie

  • @publickil good for you nobody cares. your just a freshman. you dont play varsity i bet. And if you ever came across the middle i would smack your ass

  • amazing =D can't wait to start summer football training now

  • Speed drills are used to improve running technique and overall speed. Whether you are a sprinter or marathon runner you should place emphasis on speed work. To build muscle you need to implement a solid and sound eating pattern into your lifestyle. These athletes will also use a strength & conditioning programme to increase their strength gains, hence making them faster.

  • poor running form, arms are bending not locked at 90 degrees. Thus highly disputed.

  • Would running with a sled with weights on it increase your speed? or sprint?

  • @drummist81 Yep..If you run with more weight making you slower, eventually you get used to that weight, and your body gets used to that being your body weight...So you will adapt to taht weight, and you will be able to run with more weight..

Once you run with the weight taken off, You will find it SOO much easier to sprint with alot less weight

For example you will be able to POWER your way through oponents in a rugby match *cough* Jonah lomu *cough*

  • gotta be a good system with all that fire

  • - Man that dude at the end with the dreads look like this guy that train at D1 in Chattanooga.

  • how do they get so much muscle ?? they are running all the time how can they build muscle?????

  • it's short sprints...not marathon running. :)

  • @Runaholism yeah, u see they are football players.. why would they use football players for a Marathon training program..

  • @foad10hame You lost me there...what I said was to answer the questions FALASTINI93 asked. lol

  • @Runaholism whose running a marathon on the football field?

  • @Runaholism

where does it claim to be fir for a marathon runner?

  • lift weights..

  • @FALASTINI93 eat alot

  • lol :P ... do u think so??

  • are you stupid? when you run you lose fat and when you lift weights you gain muscle. you dont lose muscle when you run

  • cause they arent doin cross country type stuff

    that are doing agility

short burts of speed and fast leg movement

in soccer you need both =/ lol

  • @FALASTINI93 Dude, When you run all the time you build muscle, not lose it :S

  • @FALASTINI93 They work out to! Check out joe defrancos program.

  • @nikolatesla08 -westside-for-skinny-bastards

  • @FALASTINI93 dude running gets mad muscle's, i do marathon's and i think running is great, but you have to work you arms more then legs.. down side to it

  • @FALASTINI93 weightlifting and protein o.0

  • @FALASTINI93 offseason gym !

  • @FALASTINI93 cuz they dont run all the time and if you do run all the time just eat alots of healthy foods.

  • @FALASTINI93 Through press-ups, sit-ups, sprawls, resistance training and most likely weight lifting in the gym. They're not running all the time, a lot of effort goes into a proffesionals training day.

  • @FALASTINI93 Yh So they just there hole life never going to the gym right

  • @FALASTINI93 leg exercises produce more testosterone, with heavy eating (protein included) and intense leg workouts it will affect the entire body

  • @FALASTINI93 obviously this isnt all they do...

  • @FALASTINI93 because most body building muscle people teach that you need to rest to build muscle but when doing these the movements are for quickness and are not using weights.

  • @FALASTINI93 They eat.

    A lot.

And bench, lift, so naturally the fat is transformed.

  • @FALASTINI93 Doing Muscle training and eating right

  • @FALASTINI93 exactly what ronaholism said

  • @FALASTINI93 fitness center

  • @FALASTINI93 Running and sprinting doesn't stop muscle building, if anything it helps it.

  • @FALASTINI93 you dont have to squat alot i know a couple of people that are my age and can only squat 135lbs but they have huge calves so its genetics mainly but ladders and ropes help alot cause you have quick twitch fibers in your calves. hope i helped

  • @ChocBlurr

squating doesn't effect/work out your calves.

  • @FALASTINI93

    working out????? ;-)

  • @FALASTINI93 by running workouts, Lebron James never lifts weights

  • @FALASTINI93 maybe zero fat and alots of bodybuilding and maybe sterodie^^

  • @FALASTINI93 running uses all the muscles in the body. Learn that in track

  • @FALASTINI93 explosive exercise builds muscle mass

  • @FALASTINI93 they work out..

  • @FALASTINI93 Buy eating shit loads of Carbs and Protein!!

  • @FALASTINI93 seriously? they are doing short bursts and footwork... plus they are all probably doing some kind of weight training program with this...

  • Asomugha? He's no d-line man, any football knows, especially if you know his name, that the guys one of if not the best CB in the game

  • nastynoris?wtf nnamdi is not a d-line hes a corner back?d-line who told u dat?lmao say db and know ur players positions.

  • I got the P1 sports DVD,I been working it for about maybe about 2months now,I'm quicker,my explosives,my GET OFF IS CRAZY when I'm blitzing or rushing the quarterback. I play linebacker I'm 5'10 240 so i'm a tweener so my game is based off speed and quickness and being explosive at all times an this DVD has been my main workout and there so many drillz on that DVD its incredible! REAL TALK IF YOU A TRUE BALLER AND YOU WANNA MAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND YOU WANNA JUST DOMINATE.P1sports GET IT!

  • nnamdi is a cornerback

  • wow! I was checking out some drills for a Pop Warner league team and came across this video. I have to say I am impressed!:)

  • Hot!:)

  • hot video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • it must be easy practicing in colarado

  • this vid is ballin. love the instrumentals

  • can anyone tell me where i can get that rope thing that he has around his waist and a person is behind him holding him back..

  • I am doing all that shit right now in 95 degree weather

  • Ha ha! Very true...But on average who has the longer career??? You gotta account for things like that too. There are some lineman with 14+ yrs in the NFL and their teams were/are pleading with them to extend one more year. It's true the rb's/wr's live the rockstar lifestyle, but you cant live the life without the stage crew for the concert, the catering team, and security...And to contridict everything I just posted above, I'm training to convert over to RB/SS lol.

  • Yeah i agree wit u my g definitly gotta give it up for the O-LINE they the REAL workHORSES ON THE FIELD WHO MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR EVERYBODY. and I am what you call a SLASH PLAYER. KR/PR/CB/SS/QB/P/K. Damn & I PLAYED all those

  • @TaleHatez

I also played TB,FB,PUNTER, PR, KR,FS. In highschool i ran a 4.48. Played my ball in Miami FL.

  • lol explosive shit. I remember when I played, we did all those drills outside in the summer.

  • And when you tailbacks, wr's, and db's were running around like circus animals, us lineman were sipping gatoraide and making wagers on who was faster while lounging on the benches lol.

  • thats why rb's and wr's get more money. You would have to be some crazy lineman to even get a check close to what they get. Keep sippin that gatorade man im sure its doin alot for ya

  • Nnamdi Asomugha d-linemen for oakland made the most in the nfl last year..something like 22 mill..so wtf r u talkin about

  • That's only one lineman. Like I said it would have to take an insane lineman to get that kinda money. Damn man weren't you reading? Plus like what bigwigs88 said, how many years do linemen on average put into the NFL? What are those years compared to other positions? Or other positions that make more money on average?

  • hes a corner

  • WORD FROM THE WISE - More $ DOESNT mean better just means there will be more BULLSHIT CLAUSES IN YOUR CONTRACT. and THATS REAL TALK !!!!

  • word from the wiser.... anytime anyone enters into business negotiations with potentially high payouts...must understand that the side offering the contract wants to protect whatever money they can so they don't have to pay the individual if he/she doesn't keep up their end of the contract. That's where those pesky clauses come into play. That's real talk.

  • on my team the line are the hardest workers

we lift more than the skill players and do extra conditioning

  • skill players? saying line doesnt take skill? ur crazy. line takes the most skill and you relaly gotta know ur shit or ur team will suck.. like my team... sigh

  • no "skill players is offense expect o-line!

  • lol hell yea mine to

  • dang they fast

  • man i cant wait for football spring practice starts next week thank god

  • i love how this doesnt help...

  • nice work !

  • thats mchearn or however you spell it

    i play for centennial

  • Centennial Highschool in MN?

if you can be helpful please post it to my inbox the name of it

  • Its called a power sled. The one with the guy holding the other end is called a bullet belt, just in case you wanted to know that to

  • shut the fuck uuuuppp

thats an american football pitch to go suck ya nann stupid narrater pervert
