I had to get my daughter exercising. She is 13 & pre diabetic..I got my daughter into working out with Richard Simmons videos & she loves it because of the music & she says its fun.. Everything else was boring to her. Now she exercises after school and 2-3 times on the weekends, We stared about 2 months ago & she has lost 10 pounds.

I bought these dvds and found 2 noteworthy moments...on Sweatin' 2, when they do the dance circle at the end, the lady in purple flips off the camera! No joke!In Sweatin' 1, right before the dance circle & after the last song, there's a blackout and if you turn up the volume you can hear Richard saying "What's that smell?" check it out it is soo funny.
