Yes this is 24P. For all my footage correction i use brightness and contrast manual tweaks as well as a lot of tweaking with hue, saturation, etc finally i add some colour curves to the footage and manually tweak them till i get the desired look. I spend sometime with these each time in order to try give the footage that extra POW factor if you get me, really does help! I quickly edited this together in Vegas but my main NLE is Premiere. And the HV20 is a wonderful camera :-)
ok because i was using my stardard def. just reagular shitty cam. and i noticed once i did color corrections, the quality lessened on youtube. what werer your export setting for vids such as this? like bitrate, codec and whatnot? roughly? i can proly understand cuz i user premiere pro cs3 as well.
I always will export intially as an AVI file using pretty much the default export settings and then for youtube i make another file converted from the AVI as an MPEG with focus on good quality in the options, files usually come out about 60 or 70mg and then i upload to youtube
so is this 24p er what type of shooting mode?
and what types of color corrections did you use? what editing software? this is damn good and a great representation of the camera
