But it's kind of good, I was about to comment that, while I like the A-Team theme very much, it was never played when they modified stuff in the series. Different music was used.

I think they cut it a sampled just some bits, do they wouldn't have to pay for the license, but that's deffinitely gonna be from Monster HUnter Freedom 2g /Monster Hunter Unite - and it's the Chameleos Battle SOundtrack.

That beat loop was composed long before those two Monster Hunter games (which were released in 2007 & 2008), since i've heard it in MGS3 (2004).

In this top gear video, only the beat loop is sampled (like in MGS3), in the Chameleos Battle Theme there are other instruments and loops on top of it.
